Confectionery fillings, which are considered one of our universal products, have been made resistant against baking with special technology. We have different kind of fillings that contain fruit and are homogeneous. Chocolate, caramel, coconut, vanilla, cherry, apricot, orange, raspberry, pear, apple, etc. confectionery fillings do not change their structure and taste, burn or separate at a temperature of 240 C. Fillings contain natural fruit puree from 40% to 80% or fruit pieces.
